Open Letter to Governor Jerry Brown of California The Honorable Jerry Brown
Dear Governor Brown: Congratulations to you as Governor and to the California State Legislature on the recent bill passed and signed into law requiring all public schools to teach a curriculum of gay history. Already, California public schools are at the forefront in teaching feminist studies, black history, and Chicano and Hispanic themes. Now, in furtherance of America’s progressive and liberal agenda, you have also decided to inculcate homosexual values as well. Every child, from elementary through high school, will now come to know the various techniques and methods of lesbian and homosexual activity. Moreover, those children will learn how to confront and overcome the “negative” philosophies taught them at home by parents and in so many “backward,” non-progressive, Bible believing churches. Please, allow me to help you with this splendid, new program of homosexual instruction and socialist advancement. I have an earned, advanced degree in Education and am author of over forty books. I am especially skilled in curriculum development and have taught for three universities. I therefore ask you for the privilege of developing and implementing this new “gay history” curriculum. If you will appoint me as chairman of curriculum development, I promise to give the children a history of gays that will accurately and completely tell them the full, accurate and thrilling history of lesbians and homosexuals. Please be advised that Lesson 1 of the new curriculum I introduce in California’s schools will be as follows: GAY HISTORY CURRICULUM
As you can see, if I am appointed to this high post as Curriculum Director for California’s public schools, Gay History lessons will be rewarding and revealing for the children. Their eyes will be opened. I am awaiting your reply, Texe Marrs
