Trump vs. Biden—Two steps forward vs. three steps backward.
What in the world is going on? It seems all progress for our country is being destroyed, one order at time. We have a new President, who appears to implement one executive order after another to tear down all the work former President Trump put in to place trying to “Make America Great Again” and put the American people first.
There are have been so many changes done in the last 50 days that it would take pages to list them all. We are going to only discuss ten to exhibit the horrible consequences of the new administration that is putting America last.
Trump had an unprecedented economic boom. America gained new jobs, unemployment was the lowest on record and incomes rose for the first time in three decades.
Biden immediately revoked the permit for the Keystone pipeline cutting 8,000 plus jobs and stopped border construction which cut 5,000 plus jobs.
Trump lifted nearly 7 million people off of food stamps and the wages for lower income blue-collar workers rose over 16 percent.
Biden on the other hand has asked agencies to boost food aid and delivery of stimulus checks to keep the low income and middle class on the government handout list.
Trump ended the North American Free Trading Agreement (NAFTA) and put in effect the United States Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCA) which allowed America to trade with its neighbors and benefit fairly. Trump entered into a trade war with China, which initiated broad trade tariffs on Chinese imports.
Biden has admitted the USMCA is better than the NAFTA agreement but has hammered Trump’s go it alone approach. The main difference in this is that Biden promises to unite with EU allies in a common front against China.
Trump successfully negotiated more than 50 agreements with countries worldwide to increase the exports of American agriculture products. He took a more bilateral, individual approach to trade matters.
Biden may continue the agreements but amend them to include coalitions with like-minded world trading partners.
Trump unleashed America’s oil and natural gas potential making America energy independent for the first time in sixty-two years.
Biden has put a moratorium on the production of oil and gas, making the cost of fuel for vehicles and homes skyrocket. This is to appease the “green” supporters he desperately needed to help him get elected.
Trump preserved American jobs for American workers and rejected the importation of cheap foreign labor.
Biden is allowing an influx of hundreds of thousands of illegals who will fill the positions for cheap labor, hurting the American laborer.
Trump empowered American patients by expanding healthcare choice, transparency and affordability.
Biden will bring back “Obamacare” which limits your access to healthcare choice and the costs are exorbitant.
Trump secured the southern border of the United States by building over 400 hundred miles of the wall, stopped catch and release, and fully enforced the immigration laws of the United States.
Biden has stopped the building of the southern border wall, reinstated catch and release, and has opened the border where over a thousand illegals enter daily.
Trump restored American leadership in the world and successfully negotiated to ensure our allies pay their fair share for our military protection. He believed in peace through strength and a strong nationalism of America first.
Biden is back to supporting NATO and trying to renew the spirit of western alliances born after WWII. Biden has global agendas and a put America last policy.
Trump steadfastly supported the sanctity of every human life and worked to prevent government funding of abortion.
Biden has already started refunding organizations like Planned Parenthood whose primary function is birth control and abortions, not women’s health care.
There are hundreds of other accomplishments Trump did to fortify the Make America Great Again agenda that Biden is quickly altering and removing. He has signed more executive orders in his first 50 days than most Presidents did in their entire terms.
It seems that America is on a downward spiral as our new administration implements its global agenda. All Americans need to be aware of the many changes being made and go to the ballot box with knowledge of who we are electing and their stand on the important issues.
America needs to put God first and vote accordingly. We all need to be praying for the United States and the hope that our people will turn back to God, who gave us the blessing of this great nation to have life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
