Our Founding Fathers Would Be Aghast
|
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. The recent conviction of Karmelo Anthony for the
murder of a fellow high school track athlete, Austin Metcalf, has placed the racial divide in America on the front page. Not that this problem needed much of shove.
When George Floyd died from a drug overdose while in police custody, the rhetoric and resultant riots gave rise to the Black Lives Matter movement. The mantra was broadcast on every controlled-media station nationwide. Additionally, the “Hands up, don’t shoot” narrative—which followed after the officer-involved shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri—likewise fueled civil unrest.
Stoking the Fires of Division
Moreover, recall the incident with Trayvon Martin who was fatally shot by a volunteer neighborhood watchman. Then-president Barack Obama spoke at a White House press conference and stated, “If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon.”
After the acquittal of George Zimmerman for the death of Martin, Obama once again spoke at a press conference:

“You know, when Trayvon Martin was first shot I said that this could have been my son. Another way of saying that is Trayvon Martin could have been me 35 years ago. And when you think about why, in the African American community at least, there’s a lot of pain around what happened here...”

Was this a tragic event? Most assuredly, but did controlled media prosecute this case in the public domain? Once again, the answer is yes. During early coverage of this incident NBC News deceptively edited the police dispatcher’s call with Zimmerman. After unedited versions were later released NBC apologized and fired the producer responsible.
To what end did the media—social and controlled—wish to accomplish? Was it to create a race war?
A Common Denominator
While Bill Clinton was president he fostered a division between classes—wealthy, middle-class, and the impoverished. During Obama’s residency in the White House he continually appeared to foment distrust between the races. When Joe Biden campaigned for the presidency he appeared on a liberal radio show and declared, “If you don’t vote for me you ain’t black.”
The common denominator of these three men is their political affiliation. It is well-documented that the Democrat party founded the Ku Klux Klan, implemented Jim Crow laws in the south, and did everything in their power to place black men and women on the government plantation. Moreover, control of the people was paramount in their actions.
In his book Inside the White House, Ronald Kessler attributed a quote from an Air Force steward who heard Lyndon Baines Johnson discussing the civil rights act to two unnamed governors, “I’ll have those n*****s voting Democratic for the next 200 years.”

Is this what the founding fathers had in mind? From the solemn undertaking of forging a new nation to today’s disregard of the Constitution, will America survive another 250 years—or even 50 years—as a constitutional republic?

Are All Equal?
It seems that our elected leaders have totally forgotten what was written in the Declaration of Independence: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
Before the liberalization of our churches had taken hold, many pastors and church leaders believed what was in His Holy Word. There are numerous instances which instruct us on how to interact with our fellow man.

“Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:” (Acts 10:34)
“And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth” (Acts 17:26)
“If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well: But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.” (James 2:8-9)
“After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;” (Revelation 7:9)

These are but a few instances from the Holy Bible where He teaches us “all men are created equal.” If more Americans were to lead a biblical lifestyle, this nonsense would have been quashed a long time ago.
Sadly, the pulpit is sorely lacking the men who teach this doctrine, and those who are unafraid to address this issue are few and far between. Likewise, as the pulpit has become silent on this issue, the family dynamic has been persuaded towards a more hedonistic world-view.
Some from the progressive side of politics will claim the Constitution was written by old dead white guys and shouldn’t have any bearing on what happens today. They perceive the Constitution as a living document and should be viewed with the lens of today.
How else to explain the Democrats wish to pack the Supreme Court with liberals to enhance this doctrine? These same people were the ones clamoring in the streets and sounding the alarm on social media when the Court overturned Roe v. Wade.
Is Justice Blind?
Recall your high school government classes. Lady Justice was more than likely in your textbook. It personifies the judicial system: The Scales of Justice symbolizes the fair and objective weighing of evidence from both sides; She is blindfolded to symbolize impartiality—showing no prejudice, favoritism, or external influence in her decisions; The Scales also represent equality.
When one contemplates America’s history, from its founding to today, it is hard not to question where it all went wrong. This nation was founded on the principle of freedom—speech, religion—and the pursuit of happiness.
Historians were amazed at how a disparate group of people could co-exist and thrive. Our nation was dubbed the “Great Experiment,” and immigrants flocked to our shores in droves searching for the “American Dream.”
As with all good things, man’s covetousness of power has poisoned the well. No longer do politicians feel they work for us. Instead, we are the serfs with deep pocketbooks in which to keep their fiefdom afloat.
What Can Be Done?
Apathy and godlessness has descended upon our once great nation. However, all is not lost. There is a very important sentence in the Declaration that many seem to overlook: “That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.”
First, the church must reassert its position in society. True leaders must fill the pulpits and teach His Word. Once that is accomplished the nuclear family can begin to function properly.

If America, the land of the free and home of the brave, is going to survive the next 50 years, we must, as a nation, turn to God and turn to the paths of His righteousness.

After this, the real work can begin: cleaning up our educational system and replacing the hacks who do not deserve to hold public office with citizens. This was how our Founding Fathers had envisioned public offices to be filled.
Families of every creed have been affected by the evil perpetrated by the few. God is no respecter of persons, and it will take us all working hand-in-hand to repair the damage done by Satan’s minions. If we fail in this mission America will never see its 300th birthday.
