The Sangean ATS-405 FM-Stereo/AM/Short Wave World Band Receiver provides performance and features normally found in more expensive receivers. The ATS-405 incorporates a modern design and an easy to use control panel.
With five tuning methods—10 Key Pad Direct Frequency Access, Auto Scan, Manual Tuning, Memory Recall and Push Button Tuning—you’ll have access to any channel. And with the Squelch function, you can adjust the receiving threshold to eliminate weak transmissions.
Tone controls, including adjustments for Music, News or Normal will allow you to have better control and better sound for any station. You’ll find no gaps or missing frequencies with the ATS-405 continous All Band coverage of 150 kHz - 29999 kHz.
An easy-to-read backlit LED display will let you know the frequency, status and other pertinent info you need. 108 presets (36 FM, 36 AM, 36 SW) allow you to have fast access to all of your favorite stations. Other features include a lock switch to prevent accidental set-up changes, adjustable sleep timer, and two alarm timer that lets you wake up to the radio or buzzer.
