This is a national call to repeal one of the most dangerous loopholes in U.S. law: Section 3024 of the 21st Century Cures Act (Cures Act).
Touted as accelerating drug and medical product development and improving healthcare delivery, the Cures Act is a bipartisan-passed U.S. law signed in December 2016 by Barack Obama. In 2024, under Joe Biden, protections were expanded to cover corporate actors as well.
More than 1,400 registered lobbyists worked on this bill, representing more than 400 different organizations. The top lobbyists include Roche Holdings (61 lobbyists); Blue Cross Blue Shield (49); Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America PhRMA (49); Amgen (41); and the American Hospital Association.
If this bill is such a good thing to advance medical research and access, why did they need to insert this devilish detail into it:
Who, exactly, determines “minimal risk” as well as the proper “safeguards?” (We know the answer—not us.)
All Over the Map
Without rehashing all the details of the Covid-19 “pandemic,” we recall how our government and the pharmaceutical industry assured us that the shot was “settled science.” Our all-knowing government kept changing the story: Get one shot; get a booster and another booster. Wear a mask, wear 2 masks. Then they said, if you take the shot you won’t get COVID; well you might get it but you won’t be sick; you might be sick but you won’t be hospitalized; you might be hospitalized but you won’t die from it. And then if someone did die—too bad. It’s settled science though.
Although Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. later recanted, in 2021 he said the COVID-19 vaccine was the “deadliest vaccine ever made.” Now, the Trump administration says that healthy children and young adults won’t be recommended to get an annual COVID-19 vaccine but it’s great for the elderly and those at risk.
As Jerry Barrett and I documented in a Power of Prophecy two-hour exposé Unethical Human Experimentation on American Citizens (TAPE) or (CD), there are a multitude of instances of inhuman experimentation, experiments gone wrong, and “whoopsie” moments where they didn’t project long term results (or didn’t care).
There’s excruciating mustard gas experiments on U.S. and Canadian military men in World War II. There’s the genetically modified mosquitos recently released by British biotechnology company, Oxitec, who were not supposed to live long enough to reproduce. Surprise! They did and now there are resistant hybrid-mosquitos flying around the keys in South Florida.
After one such tragic and embarassing experiment came to public light (the Tuskeegee Syphilis Experiment), the National Research Act of 1974 established the National Commission for the Protection of Human Subjects of Biomedical and Behavioral Research to oversee and approve research involving human participants, ensuring that studies adhere to ethical standards, including obtaining informed consent and minimizing harm. Researchers must disclose the nature, purpose and risks of their studies, so participants can make informed decisions.
Yes, Section 3024 of the Cures Act removes the need for informed consent as long as the perpetrator thinks there is minimal risk and they have safeguards in place. “They” will determine that there is minimal risk. You and I don’t get a say in the matter.
Combining Past and Future Experiments?
How about the talk about creating aerosol vaccines? The Canadian government is developing an mRNA-based aerosol vaccine known as “AeroVax.” It’s designed to simplify immunization by inhaling a fine mist.
It’s not hard to make the jump to mass aerosol vaccination. What if they pair a vaccination with something like the recent New York City experiment of releasing a perfluorocarbon tracer aerosol in their subway system? Or, maybe they could just use Chemtrails? They’ll say there’s minimal risk with safeguards in place. It’s for our own good, of course.
Lost Without God
You know why this is happening. The love of money is the root of all evil and these people have become so blinded by their love, that they have forgotten their own humanity. With that money comes power and they are blind-drunk with their evil power. It’s easy for them to forget because they live above the masses and the laws they have enacted for our good.
Each life is precious before the Lord, but to these people, we are just the deplorable masses and are being treated as such.
We need to have Section 3024 of the Cures Act repealed or amended. There is no reason why any government department (health or otherwise) or any medical corporation should have the right to decide for an individual what is right for us or what we choose to take in to our bodies. They are taking away our God-given sovereignty over our bodies. Contact your Congressmen and Senators. Bombard President Trump with messages.
