pleased to welcome Sandra Myers back to the program to look at our every day diet. Alternating opinions
of the Food and Drug Administration said: Eggs are good for you/eggs are bad for you/only the egg whites
are good. Now they’ve come full circle and say the whole egg is good. We have been down the same
road with butter. For decades they’ve expressly told us that polyunsaturated margarine is best
for us. Eating Canola oil? What exactly is a “canola?” What about our food pyramid? For
years they said we should eat most of our daily calories in carbohydrate-laden foods, now they have
reinvented the food pyramid. Is it correct now? Why can’t science and the federal regulators get
it right? What’s really going on and who’s behind it? What does the Bible have to say about
all of this?
